because I really see a void in today's

But no seriously I see them all the time

the dudes that just look like life kicked them in the balls

and now they don't know how to shake that shit off

and keep it pushing. They rather keep there heads

down and hope that nobody notices them.



So with that being said I want to give you

3 steps to being more alpha and put you on the right track

to becoming a alpha male.



This shit don't happen over night chico it takes time and practice

to become a alpha male. so lets get to it







1. Confident On All Levels



When it comes to confidence it used to be either had it

or you didn't but now a days we've learned so much about

the human brain that we have figured that you can actually

create confidence with repetition.

So if you want to be considered a alpha all you have to do

is to start to consider yourself a alpha everyday.



Stand tall. Broaden those shoulders and stick your chest a bit

if you need to. But the main thing is you must feel confident

in what you do, who you are and what you stand for.



2. Take Care Of Yourself



You can't be a alpha male or consider yourself a alpha

if you don't take care of yourself.

You don't have to be the most physically fit

or most athletic guy in the room to be alpha male

but you have to be comfortable in your own skin.



So that means making sure you hair is cut.

Your clothes are nicely ironed and you look like

somebody in that room or wherever you are should know

who you are. If you do this consistently

then you are on the right track to being considered a alpha.



Taking care of yourself also means taking care of your finances.

Making sure your not over spending or just plain doing dumb stuff

They are going to want to know your advice on things.
